Vermont Rooms Tax
Vermont requires a 9% Rooms Tax on all rented homes, bed and breakfasts, and inns. This is not included in the prices above, but, sadly, must be collected.
Cleaning
If you prefer to avoid a cleaning fee, you may leave the house exactly as you found it, including
washing sheets, towels, and dishes, vacuuming, emptying trash, etc. If you would prefer to skip any of these
items, you may pay for cleaning, which runs $30 per hour, and usually takes 2 to 4 hours.
